This Agreement governs the terms and
conditions under which EMarketingDC.Com
makes the services offered by
EMarketingDC.Com available to
individual consumers or small
businesses.
Under this Agreement, you must comply
with WheatonToday.Com’s current
"Acceptable Use Policy," as updated from
time to time by EMarketingDC.Com which
can be viewed here at http://www.wheatontoday.com/terms.htm.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CAREFULLY. BY VIEWING AND USING OUR
WEBSITE(S) OR SUBMITTING YOUR WEBSITE
URL TO OUR DIRECTORY OR BY PURCHASING
FROM A VENDOR LISTED IN OUR DIRECTORY
YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE
TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Because we have no control over content
on web sites linked from this Business
Directory, we make no guarantee as to
such sites and information, including
the accuracy, currency, or content. You
agree that you will not use our services
for junk mail, "spamming", chain letters
or commercial solicitations or to engage
in illegal activities. You further agree
not to use our services to send any
message or material that is unlawful. We
reserve the right to remove without
notice any bulletin board posting for
any reason. That being stated, we are
also NOT obligated to delete content
that you may find objectionable or
offensive.

Business Directory may contain links to
other Web Sites. The Linked Sites are
not under the control of
EMarketingDC.Com . EMarketingDC.Com is
not responsible for the contents of any
Linked Site, including without
limitation any link contained in a
Linked Site, or any changes or updates
to a Linked Site. Each individual
Merchant participating at
WheatonToday.Com Business Directory is
responsible for setting and explaining
their own individual security ,
shipping, return, and other policies
applicable to shopping in their stores.
Purchasing Products From Vendors
You agree by using this business
directory that you are
not
purchasing from EMarketingDC.Com
directly but instead you are buying from
our vendors directly. EMarketingDC.Com
only offers listing websites for
businesses and as such we are NOT
responsible in any way for any dispute
or non service between a vendor listed
at WheatonToday.Com and a consumer who
used our website to find the vendor.
Vendor Complaints
Although we do not control the third
party websites we link too, we are
concerned over any vendor that does not
fulfill it's promised order, or acts
illegally. All complaints should be
emailed to sales@emarketingdc.com. We
will investigate as much as we can and
may, at our sole discretion, delete such
vendors from our business directory
without warning or refund.
No Warranty
EMarketingDC.Com services are provided
on an as is, as available basis without
warranties of any kind, either express
or implied, including, but not limited
to, warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose or
non-infringement. EMarketingDC.Com
claims no control whatsoever over the
content of the information passing
through the WheatonToday.Com websites.
EMarketingDC.Com expressly disclaims any
representation or warranty that the
WheatonToday.Com services will be
error-free, secure or uninterrupted. No
oral advice or written information given
by WheatonToday.Com, EMarketingDC.Com ,
its employees, licensors of the like,
will create a warranty; nor may you rely
on any such information or advice. The
terms of this Section will survive any
termination of this Agreement.
EMarketingDC.Com
will not be responsible for any damage
you suffer. This includes loss of data
resulting from delays, non-deliveries,
or service interruptions caused by its
own negligence or your errors or
omissions.
Netiquette
You agree to follow generally accepted
rules of "Netiquette" when sending
e-mail messages or posting to
newsgroups. Violations of these or any
other provisions of this Agreement may
result in termination of the services
provided by EMarketingDC.Com , with or
without the grant of a notice or cure
period, such notice or cure period to be
granted at the sole discretion of
EMarketingDC.Com based upon the severity
of the violation. Companies that spam
may be deleted from our directory
without notice, warning or refund.
Limitation of Liability
EMarketingDC.Com will use its best
efforts to maintain a full time Internet
presence for the Advertising vendor. The
Advertising Vendor hereby acknowledges
that the network may, at various time
intervals, be down due, but not
restricted to, utility interruption,
equipment failure, natural disaster,
acts of God, or human error.
In no event shall EMarketingDC.Com be
liable to the Advertising Vendor for any
damages resulting from or related to any
failure or delay of WheatonToday.Com in
providing access to the Internet under
this Agreement. In no event shall
EMarketingDC.Com be liable to the
Advertising Vendor for any indirect,
special or consequential damages or lost
profits arising out of or related to
this Agreement or the performance or
breach thereof. The aggregate, total
liability of EMarketingDC.Com under this
Agreement, if any, shall in no event or
circumstance exceed the total amount
actually paid by the Advertising Vendor.
The terms of this Section will survive
any termination of this Agreement.
EMarketingDC.Com does not guarantee,
warrant or endorse any product or
service sold by a Merchant, nor do we
have any liability or responsibility for
the quality or performance of any
product or service sold to you by any
Merchant. EMarketingDC.Com has no
responsibility or liability for any
Merchant or your relationship with such
Merchant.
Indemnification
The Advertising Vendor agrees to
indemnify and hold EMarketingDC.Com
harmless from any and all Claims
resulting from or connected with any
activities conducted by the Advertising
Vendor. The Advertising Vendor and
EMarketingDC.Com will promptly notify
the other upon receipt of any Claim or
legal action arising out of activities
conducted pursuant to this Agreement.
The rights and responsibilities
established in this paragraph will
survive any termination of this
Agreement.
Modification Of These Terms
EMarketingDC.Com reserves the right
modify any provision of its Terms of Use
at any time without prior notice to
website visitors or Advertising Vendors.
Agreement By Use
Use of WheatonToday.Com Business
Directory constitutes acceptance of the
above Terms and Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to
use WheatonToday.Com Business Directory.
